I’ve always thought I’ve been pretty on top of beauty brands, by spending my entire wages on them and researching for work, and although I had heard of Natio, I didn’t know an awful lot about them.  They are Australia’s fastest growing beauty brand, how did I not know that?

I’ve been using their Pep-Up body cleanser from their Spa range for about 3 weeks now, and it’s so gorgeously moisturising. The ingredients to me made me think it might be a bit of a skin clarifying concoction, as it contains Peppermint and Eucalyptus but it couldn’t be further away from the truth. It claims to have ayurvedic essences to cleanse your body, refresh your spirit and put a lively spark in your day, which is pretty impressive for a shower gel, and to be honest, I just wanted 1 out of the 3 claims, which was the cleanse part.  What it doesn’t say is that this body cleanser will feel like you are covering your skin with a film of silky moisture, which for me means if I am short of time (the story of my life) and don’t sit at my beautiful dressing table in my silk dressing gown and pearls, and moisturise every nook and cranny on my body, this cleanser will forgive you for that, and keep you going throughout the day.

At first I wasn’t too keen on the fragrance, I thought it was a bit ‘clean’ but the more I use it, the more I smell the lemongrass which I love, and as I’m a morning shower girl, this does actually do 2 out of the 3 claims, in that it refreshes me, my spirit I’m not sure, but it definitely refreshes me.

After using it for a couple of days, I had a look on their website to properly have a roam around, and see that I really have been under a rock somewhere, or concentrating too much on other brands; Natio have a huge range of products, skincare, make up, sun/hair/body, Spa, wellness and male grooming products, and all really reasonably priced.  Some people may think £8 for a shower gel is a lot, but to be honest, I normally spend £3+ on other products that claim to ‘lock moisture in’ but they don’t.  This doesn’t even claim that, but it really does!

Natio is Available from Debenhams nationwide, www.debenhams.com
